All sales are final. Since all items are made to order, we are unable to accommodate returns for reasons other than damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@vtcmonterey.org within 30 days of receiving it and include a photo of the damage. After review, we will then coordinate with you whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.

Please note that for clothing items, it is essential to check the size chart provided before completing your order. Items that do not fit due to incorrect sizing choices will not be considered as damaged items eligible for return or exchange. Once the issue is resolved, you may keep the damaged item or dispose of it as you see fit.
