ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Since all items are made to order, we are unable to accommodate returns for reasons other than damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@vtcmonterey.org within 30 days of receiving it and include a photo of the damage. After review, we will then coordinate with you whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.
